Richard G. McCarthy, age 72, of Milton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 14, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Mary F. (Sullivan) McCarthy and devoted father of Monica Nee Churchill, both of Milton, as well as, the loving brother of Monica “Bonnie” Warren and his brother-in-law, Flynn Warren, both of GA. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Eleanor Sullivan of Needham and his niece and nephew, Nadia Ali Wilson and her husband Brian of GA and Khaled Ali and his wife Monlee of CA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Hills Church, Milton, Friday morning, April 20th, at 10:30. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Thursday, April 19th from 4 to 8 PM. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery. Mr. McCarthy was a retired self employed Diesel Mechanic.
