Cheryl Lee Hopkins 67, of Anderson, died April 9, 2018 at her home.
She was born on October 22, 1950 in Illinois. She was the owner/ operator of Third Generation Pizza, where she loved interacting with customers and keeping the family business going. She volunteered with the Girl Scouts for many years and was involved with several animal rescue organizations.
She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed gardening and crafting.
She is survived by 3 children; Gina (Tony) Morris, Brian (Faith) Hopkins, and Suzy (Adam) Box; 8 grandchildren; Carissa Brandon, Allison, Jacob, and Emily Morris, Austin Housh, Ashley McCord, Jocelyn Box and Marrok Box; 1 great grandchild, Harper Brandon on the way; a sister, Norma Rose and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Lee Hopkins on December 9, 2016, her parents, Josephine and Harold Lisle, and her brother, Bill Curry.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery with Pastor Loyce Webb officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 PM, and also one hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday at the funeral home.
