Sudano, Catina M. "Tina" (Paterna) of Atkinson, NH formerly of Plaistow, NH and Woburn, MA. Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018 after a brief illness. She was 98 years old. Born in Riesa, Italy, September 15, 1919, to the late Salvatore and Gaetana (Lisi) Paterna. Tina cherished her late husband Anthony V. Sudano and was predeceased by her siblings, Emilio Paterna, Phyllis Sudano, and Gaetana Mendoza. She was the devoted and loving mother of Peggy Barros and her husband Dan of Atkinson, NH, and Lisa Polacke of Atkinson, NH. She was the loving grandmother of Vivian Lukas and the late Eddie Lukas, Sr. of Plaistow, NH, Lee Polacke and his wife Pam of Exeter, NH, Paul Polacke and Leah Pennini of Malden, Daniel Polacke and his wife Cybll of Wells, ME. She was also the beloved great grandmother of Eddie Lukas and his wife Molly, Ryleigh Lukas, Cameron, Sophia Catina, Anthony and Lincoln Polacke. Known for her loving personality and zealousness for spiritual things, Tina was a devout Jehovah's Witness for the past 44 years, Her greatest Joy was in teaching Bible truths to others. She will be dearly missed by all her many nieces, nephews and all the friends that knew and loved her.
A funeral service will be conducted in the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Friday, April 13th, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. & 7 to 9 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
