In Taunton, April 6, 2018 David F. Mason husband of Kathryn (Carpenito) Mason died at Next Stop Wedgemere Healthcare in Taunton at the age of 73. Born and educated in Boston, David was the son of the late Martin and Christine (Belrose) Mason. David was a retired welder, He enjoyed cooking, music, metal detecting, nature and especially spending time with his family friends and grandchildren. David was the father of Nicole and Wendy Mason both of Taunton, Scott Mason of FL. Grandfather of Anthony, Jazmine, Alexander Mason, Peyton Peterson and Bella Edwards. Brother of Martin Mason of Braintree, Paul Mason of VA, Robert Mason of ME, Philip Pichulo of Boston and the late Jean Carnes. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington Street in Taunton on Tuesday April 10th from 10:30 to 12 noon followed by a prayer service at 12 noon. Interment National Cemetery in Bourne on Wed April 11th at 1:15 pm.
