Mrs. Sybille M. (Kadawy) Carroll, a resident of Medford since 1963 and beloved wife of Thomas C. Carroll, passed away at the Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading on Wednesday afternoon, April 4, 2018. She was 63 years old.
Born in Hattorf, Germany on December 22, 1954, she was the beloved daughter of Werner Kadawy of Medford and the late Rosemarie (Geike) Kadawy. Mrs. Carroll worked as a merchandising manager for Stride-Rite Shoe where she met and fell in love with her husband Tom, and devoted her time to raising her family.
In her spare time, Sybille enjoyed going to Mohegan Sun and decorating making her home beautiful and festive for every occasion. She also enjoyed reading, cooking and was an amazing gardener. Above all, she was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother and always wished to spend time with her beloved family. She will be dearly missed.
Besides her husband, Thomas and father, Werner, she is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law; Christopher and his wife Erin Carroll of Billerica and grandson; William Robert Werner Carroll.
Her Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018, from 4 to 8 PM. Interment will be held in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
