Joseph (Joey) Pierce (52) of Dartmouth formerly of Brockton died April 3rd in the Rhode Island Hospital, Providence.
He was the loving son of Roberta Pierce of Brockton and the late Joseph Pierce. Joey was a self employed painter. He attended Brockton Schools and enjoyed fishing, playing the lottery and socializing with family and friends.
In addition to his mother he is survived by 3 sons, Joseph M. Pierce of Brockton, Anthony E. Pierce and Brandon Dixon both of Norwood, (also father of the late Michael Anthony Pierce), a daughter Angelina Pierce of Middleboro, 3 grandchildren, Anthony, Ayla Pierce and Jordan Johnson, a brother Raymond Tevlin of Florida, 5 sisters, Tina Tevlin of Brockton, Brenda Farland of Dartmouth, Joanne Verre of Kingston, Kathy Pierce of Bourne and Carol Reynolds of Wareham, (also brother of the late Michael F. Tevlin), many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Tuesday April 10th at 7 pm. Visitation from 5 pm prior to services. Cremation to follow. Interment in the family lot in Melrose Cemetery.
