Obituary

LIMINGTON - William “Bruce” Ballingall, 71, passed away on March 15, 2018 at his home. Bruce was born in Rochester, Pennsylvania on October 20, 1946, a son of William and Phyllis (Stevenson) Ballingall. He grew up in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and attended Bernards High School in Bernardsville, New Jersey. He moved to Limington, Maine in 1969 where he met his loving wife, Donna. Bruce owned his own modular home construction business in the 80’s. He designed and built his family home in Hollis before moving back to Limington in 1995. Bruce was a coach and the dedicated president of the Limington Youth League in the 90’s. He then went on to work for Steep Falls Building Supply,and retired after 15 years in 2014. A talented musician, Bruce encouraged a regular Thursday night music night with family and friends. He was an artist who enjoyed experimenting and working with different materials, which he showcased at his beautiful home on Taylor Loop. He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna; his daughter Jennifer Saunders and her husband Josh; his daughter Jessica Kinelski and her husband Scott; his son Ian Ballingall and his wife Amy; his brother, Roger Ballingall; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Zoe, Collin, and Danielle. A party celebrating his life will be held in October.
