Charlotte Gazda Poltak
Manchester– Charlotte B. Poltak, 91, died March 12, 2018 at Elliot Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on April 24, 1926 the daughter of Paul and Blanche (Piecuch) Gazda.
She attended local schools and worked for Evangeline Shoe and J. F. McElwain Shoe.
She was predeceased by her husband Stanley J. Poltak who died on May 17, 1996.
She is survived by her five children, Charlene Carter and her husband, Leslie, Thomas Poltak and his wife, Janice, Brenda Poltak and her husband, Sean McNamara, Lynda Kolenski, Gary Poltak and his wife Trish, eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two sisters in law, Louise Gazda, Shirley Gazda and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Joseph (Gus) Gazda, Stanley (Mike) Gazda, Ed Gazda, Betty Turley, Helen High, Evangeline Murphy, and Freddie Gazda who died at the age of nine.
Friends and family are invited to a committal service which will take place on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 10:30 AM in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd.
