Robert Dale Foster, Jr., age 28, of Skipwith, VA, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018. He was born May 25, 1989 in South Boston, VA.
He was attending Union Chapel Baptist Church, Clarksville, VA.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert Dale Foster; paternal grandfather, James Monroe Foster; maternal grandparents, Clarence Henry Scott, Sr. and Bettie Mason Scott; four uncles, Jimmy Foster, Jeff Foster, Timmy Foster, and Mark Foster; and aunt, Deborah Foster.
Robbie is survived by his daughter, Lovelynn Rose Foster; mother, Ann Doss Foster; six sisters, Cynthia Escoto and Clarence Osborne, Deborah Olson and husband, Terrance, Jessica Foster and D'Andre Goode, Shannon Foster and Deshon Crawley, Brigitte Foster and Timmy Spain, and Alexis Boyd; and nieces and nephews, Devin, Nick, Laiana, J'Diona, Sinclair, Clarence III, and Zadie. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Edna Foster; step-mother, Yvonne Gittman; three uncles, Ronald "Butch" Foster, Terry Foster and wife, Patricia, and Clarence Henry Scott, Jr. and wife, Sandra; three aunts, Linda Foster Hudson, Darlene Foster, and Glenda Edmonds and husband, Duke; special friends, Rodolfo Adams, Samuel Woodson, and Sarah Hutchins; and numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Scott Family Cemetery, Saxe, VA.
