Rena M. (Fontaine) Garczynski, age 71, passed away on Mar 5, 2018 at Willimansett Center East surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Claremont, NH on Mar 8, 1946 to the late Paul and Lena (Couture) Fontaine. She leaves her loving husband Thomas Garczynski of W.Springfield; 3 sons Paul Mahar and his wife Brenda of Chicopee, Jeff Garczynski of Fl and Brad Garczynski of AL; 4 daughters Missy Mahar of Westfield, Kim Rattelle of Chicopee, Dawn Palmer of W. Springfield & Rolanda Rattelle and her wife Tara of Holyoke; 1 sister Diana Sibley and her husband Earl of Chicopee, 16 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 1 daughter Carol Haseltine and 1 brother Francis Fontaine. Calling Hours will be held on Tues, Mar 13, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee. Burial will be private at the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
