FALL RIVER – John Almeida, age 40, passed away unexpectedly on March 6, 2018. He was the husband of Sonia (Nunes) Almeida. Born in Fall River, he was the son of John P. and Patricia M. (Riley) Almeida. John was a huge sports fan and loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving father to his children.
Along with his wife and parents he is survived by his children Zachary Almeida, Emily Almeida and John Almeida, Jr.; siblings Joseph, Shelley, Martin and Amanda Almeida; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
His calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Monday from 4-8 P.M. with a service at 7:30 P.M. Cremation to follow/Private burial.
