Passed away March 1, 2018 after a brave and dignified fight with cancer. Survived by parents, Chuck & Barb; sister Terri Johnson; nephews Nick & Alex Bartholomew; relatives & friends in Balsam Lake, WI & Rockport, TX. He will be missed by all. Jeff enjoyed the outdoors, his Harley motorcycle, cooking, spending time with family & friends, & his four-legged buddy, Duke.
