Obituary


Francis J. Ouellette, a longtime resident of Wilmington passed away peacefully March 3, 2018 at the Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley in Billerica following a short illness. He was 90 years of age. Francis was the beloved husband of the late Mary T. (Cavanaugh). Born in Manchester, NH, he was the son of the late Francis and Emma (Pike) Ouellette.

Francis was raised and educated in Wilmington and was a proud Veteran honorably serving in the United States Army Air Force during WWII. Frank, as he was known to his family and friends, worked for many years as a truck driver with the Wakefield Ready Mix Company and was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 42. Throughout his life, Frank enjoyed the outdoors spending time hunting and fishing with friends and family.

Frank is survived by his children, Frank Ouellette and his wife Linda of Billerica, and Judy Edney and her late husband George of Lowell. He was the loving grandfather of Michelle Coleman and her husband David of Carlisle, and Kimberly Williams of No. Billerica. The loving great grandfather of Kiley Williams, Matthew and Abby Coleman. Brother of Wallace "Buster" Williamson and his wife Joyce of Windham, NH, the late Alfred Ouellette. He is also survived by special nieces, Marcia Sawyer and Donna Holder both of Florida.

A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 374 Main St., WILMINGTON, Tuesday, March 6th, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Services will conclude with military honors and burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
