Bill Monroe Ragon, age 65, died Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital—North MS in Oxford, MS. He was born July 12, 1952, to Frankie Lynn Ragon and Lula Elizabeth White Ragon in Panola County, MS. Bill worked as a faithful employee for many years at Crown, Cork & Seal of Batesville, MS. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing and working on cars and was a long time member of North Batesville Baptist Church of Batesville, MS.
Bill is survived by his wife, Karen Ragon of Pope, MS; one daughter, Rebecca Renfroe of Courtland, MS; two sons, Ronald Ragon and Shawn Ragon of Pope, MS; two sisters, Peggy Tutor and Lula Elliott; four brothers, Darrell Ragon, Kenny Wayne Ragon, Mike Wade Ragon and Terry Eugene Ragon; and eleven grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Franklin Ragon.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
