Joseph Kwesi Tawieh Clement

The Clement, Ajavon, Toe, Almeida, Manchester and Chielo families announce, with great sadness, the passing of Joseph Kwesi Tawieh Clement, Jr., of Fall River, Massachusetts, after a period of illness. This sad event occurred February 13, 2018, in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Kwesi leaves to mourn his loss his Children, Pinocitoe Franco Clement, Celia Gbeh Ayeshemi Clement, Ne’Quinne Clement Chielo, Shameka Akovi Clement, Joseph Kwesi Clement, lll, Ashley Dedevi Clement-Tavaris (James), Jerald Joseph Clement, Nathaniel Almeida, Felicia Almeida; 13 grandchildren. Also left to mourn his loss, his siblings, Joyceline Essie Clement-Thompson, Equa Hannah Clement-Davies, Rebecca Mansah Clement-Nosegbe (Rufus), Bernice Mannah Clement-Binda (George, Sr.), Patina Clement-Douglas, Felix Kojo Achine Clement (Mozetta), Winifred Amma Clement-Nelson (Julius), Litchfield Kweku Clement, Kwame Ajavon Clement (Charlotte), Margaret Abena Clement, Martha Morgan, Sarah Dunn, Jeremiah Dunn, Emmanuel Dunn, Perry Dunn (Kemah), Edna Dunn, Edwin Dunn, Theresa Dunn; uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends from the United States, Liberia, Ghana, and Togo.
He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph Kwesi Tawieh Clement, Sr., Bernice Ajavon Clement-Dunn; his sons, Joseph Kwesi Clement, II, and Jordan Joseph Clement.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723. Memorial visitation will be held Saturday from 8 – 10 AM, prior to the service.
Additional services will follow in Mananas, VA at a later date.
