Preston Connor Edmunds, 6, passed away tragically on Monday, February 12, 2018 in Derry, NH. He was born on October 10, 2011 in Derry, NH a son of Carin (Rowe) Edmunds and the late Matthew K. Edmunds. Preston was a cuddly bundle of energy. He was funny, kind, caring and accepting of everyone. He loved SpongeBob SquarePants and playing video games, such as Roblox and Minecraft. He also enjoyed playing Game Cube with his sister which made him feel like the “cool kid”. Preston loved to play ball, trucks and army men. He enjoyed riding his scooter and was so excited to ride his new bike when spring finally arrived.
He is survived by his mother of Kingfield, ME, one sister, Linda Rowe of Derry, maternal grandparents, Michael and Linda Rowe of Millinocket, ME, paternal grandparents, Jane and Greg Wright of Derry, great grandmothers, Rita Desjardins of Hudson, NH and Charlotte Wright of Derry; many aunts and uncles, Michael and Amy Rowe of FL, Paul and Kathy Rowe of Lowell, MA, Cheyenne Taylor of Salem, MA, Stacy and Chris Hatch of NH, Joshua Wright, Adam and Stephanie Wright, Melissa Wright and Chris Gearty, all of Derry as well as numerous cousins, great aunts, great uncles and extended family. Preston was also sadly predeceased by his big brother Connor Matthew Edmunds in 2009.
Calling hours were held on Sunday February 18, 2018 from 1 - 4 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH. Funeral services was held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 11:00am in the funeral home with cremation that followed.
