Mrs. Helen K. (Pasho) Cronin died at the age of 95 on February 8, 2018, at the Nevins Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre in Methuen, MA. Beloved wife of the late Robert B. Cronin, Sr. and mother of the late Susan M. Palmer. Helen was born in Andover, MA on July 8, 1922, she was the beloved daughter of the late Phillips Pasho and Mary Ellen (Kelly) Pasho.
Helen graduated from Punchard High School in Andover and McIntosh Secretarial School. Prior to raising her family she worked as a legal secretary for Judge Daley in Lawrence, MA.
She will be sorely missed by her son and daughter-in-law; Robert B., Jr. and his wife Yvonne M. Cronin, grandchildren; Patrick and Brian Lemieux; son-in-law, Richard Palmer and his family; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Phillips Pasho and sister Mary Lundergan. Her faith was her strength and was an essential part of her life. She had a witty sense of humor and was a joy to be around.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church, 114 South Broadway, Lawrence, MA on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, MA on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, from 5 to 7 PM. Interment will be held in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in North Andover, MA.
