Thelma (Frustaglia) Crisafulli, of Hermon, Maine, formerly of Medford and Somerville, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, February 3rd. She was 94.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elettia (Berti) Frustaglia. She graduated from East Boston High School with the Class of 1941. Thelma worked as a trainer with IBM for many years.
Thelma was the beloved wife of the late Justin Crisafulli Sr., who passed away in 1976. Together the two shared many years of loving marriage. She was the devoted mother of Justin Crisafulli Jr. and his wife Ann of Hermon, Maine, Philip Crisafulli and his wife Sharon of Florida, and the late Anthony Crisafulli, who passed away in 2000. Thelma was the loving grandmother of seven and the loving great grandmother of eleven, and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her niece, April Squires of Oregon, and many other loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford, on Thursday, February 8th at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 9 through 10 AM. Services will conclude with interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
