Danbury------Anna E. Esty, 83, of Helburn Drive died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the New London Hospital.
Anna was born January 5, 1935 the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Edman) Jewett. Anna had numerous jobs. She had been a resident of Danbury for over thirty years. Anna enjoyed crafting and was a member of Blazing Star Grange Number 71 in Danbury.
Anna is survived by three sons, Edward Esty, Timothy Esty, and Donald Esty; five grandchildren, Alan, Katie, Edward, Anita, and Kim; many nieces and nephews; and cousins, Robert Carter, Steve Carter, and John Carter. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by two brothers, Carl Jewett and Roger Jewett; and a sister, Beatrice Cleveland.
Calling hours will be private.
A graveside service will be held in the spring in the family lot at the Village Cemetery in New Hampton.
