Thomas A. Connor, 76, of Rockland formerly of Worcester died Tuesday, January 16th in South Shore Hospital. He leaves his children Rebecca Kavanagh, Debra Alther and Michael Connor; a sister, Lorraine Parent; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Tina Connor and a sister, Barbara St. Laurent.
He was born in Worcester the son of Thomas G. and Helen L. (Boulanger) Connor and graduated from Worcester Boys Trade. Thomas retired from National Grid where he worked as a lineman for over 30 years. He was a former member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. Thomas was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a carpenter and also liked playing cards.
His funeral is Friday, January 19th with a service at 11:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
