On January 14, 2018, Martha Shedd Gordon passed away. She was born on November 2, 1959 to Ann P. and Robert D. Shedd. Martha leaves her loving husband Thomas Gordon of North Dighton. Martha was a graduate of Bridgewater-Raynham Regional high school. She worked as a Special Education Secretary at Dighton-Rehoboth Regional high school for more than 20 years. Martha was a loving wife and devoted mother. She enjoyed camping, was an avid reader, and above all cherished spending time with her family. Many of her fondest memories were spent on Cape Cod, sitting by the fire, walking the canal, listening to live music, dining out, and bowling. In addition to her husband, Thomas A. Gordon, Martha leaves her three daughters, Nicole M. Protzman and her husband, J. Brent Protzman, Kristin E. Gordon, and Jeslyn I. Gordon, and her son, Eric T. Gordon. She is survived by her granddaughter, Macie A. Protzman, as well as her siblings Sally Howland, Dan Shedd, Becky Foley, and Nancy Hubbard. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, January 20th at 8:30 am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Nicholas of Myra Church in North Dighton at 9:30 am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday from 5-7 pm. Burial will be private at a later date.
