Jacquelyne “Jackie” Park Abbott, 71, of Tifton passed away Monday, January 15, 2018, at Pine Pointe Navicent Health in Macon. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2018, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Brantley Seymour officiating.
Born August 11, 1946 in Vero Beach, Florida, Mrs. Abbott was the daughter of the late Wallace Park and Frances McKinney Park. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Coach John “Johnny” Abbott, who passed away in 2014. She was a member of Vanceville Congregational Christian Church.
Mrs. Abbott is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Brett and Daphne Abbott of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Becky and William Arnold of Tifton; five grandchildren, Will and Amber Arnold, Katie Arnold, Lauren Abbott, Layton Abbott and Ryder Abbott; one brother, Mike Ellis of Tifton; and one sister, Paula Park of Tifton.
