HARWICH, MA - Lillian Louise Larry, age 70, a former resident of Tewksbury, died peacefully on Saturday, January 6, at the Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis.
She was born in Woburn, April 18, 1947, one of five children of the late Winfield L. and Catherine (MacDonald) Larry Sr., and lived the greater part of her life in Tewksbury. She graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School with the Class of 1965. Her working career began at American Mutual Insurance company. She retired from the security department at Shaw’s Distribution Center, to care for her aging parents. She devoted her later life to the home health care of her mother in Tewksbury. Lillian retired to Harwich in 2010.
She leaves her brother, Winfield L. Larry Jr., and his wife Anuporn of Lowell; her sister, Lorraine Walukiewicz and her husband Roger of FL; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Larry of FL and Eileen Larry of Tewksbury; many nieces and nephews; and was predeceased by her brothers. Kenneth Larry and Richard Larry.
Committal Services will be held Graveside on Friday, January 12, at 1:00 p.m. At her request, visiting hours are omitted. Memorials to the MSPCA Nevin’s Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844 will be appreciated. Arrangements were through the Tewksbury Funeral Home. visit www.tewksburyfuneralhome.com
