Johnny Dewayne Hull, 71, of Enigma passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Tift Regional Medical Center. His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Joseph L. Crumley officiating. Mr. Hull will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 10, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Hull's five grandsons and his brother-in-law will serve as pallbearers.
Born September 23, 1946 in Granite City, Illinois, Mr. Hull was the son of the late John Ivan Hull and Mary Ruth Branscomb Hull. He was also preceded in death by one brother. He was retired from Union Pacific Railroad.
Mr. Hull is survived by his wife, Carol Back Hull of Enigma; two sons and daughters-in-law, John Dion and Donna Hull of Granite City, Illinois and Steven Wayne and Cassandra Hull of Pekin, Illinois; five grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
