Robert A. Pray, 65, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts died on December 30.
He worked for the U.S. Coast Guard for 35 years and was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He also loved to be the highlight of family parties while singing karaoke.
Dear son of the late Raymond and Beatrice (Lank) Pray. Devoted brother of Ann Morley (Pray) of Whitman, the late Donald Pray of Halifax, sister-in-law Kathleen Pray of Halifax and the late Gary Pray of Dorchester. Loving uncle of Barbara Fonseca (Morley), Michelle Morley, Diane Pait (Morley), Jennifer Bray (Pray), Megan Pray, Molly Pray, Steven Pray and the late Robbie Pray. Also survived by many loving great nieces, nephews and many friends.
His funeral service will be held Tuesday January 9 at 10:00 AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday January 3 from 4:00-7:00 PM.
