M. Valeria Lamb (Val), 92, of Walpole, Dorchester, passed away on December 23, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Henry G. Lamb, Jr. Loving Mother to Mary DeOliveira and her husband John of Kingston, Kathleen Benson and husband James of Braintree, and Diane Consalvi and husband Robert of Plymouth and her late son Michael G. Lamb. Daughter of the late Mary and John W. McDowell. Sister of the late John F. McDowell. Cherished grandmother to Sheri, Leanne, Jennifer, Laura, and Bethany and a Great Grandmother of eight.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 2nd from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt. 106) Kingston. A graveside service will take place at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne on Wednesday, January 3rd at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital at www.stjude.org.
