PLEVOCK, ARNOLD C. December 18, 2017.
Arnold was born in Hudson, MA on February 16, 1930 to Monica and Charles Plevock. Arnold is predeceased by his wives Patricia Plevock (Plansky) and Vivian Plevock (Gailius). Loving father of Pamela Bond and her husband Julian of Weymouth, Douglas Plevock and his wife Carol Foley of Weymouth as well as Audrey Plevock of Scituate. Dear brother of Alice Ruseckas of South Boston, Diane Saia of Springfield, John Plevock of Denton, Texas and the late Mary Cataldo of Duxbury. Proud grandfather of Karen Haase, Kimberly Firth, Brian Plevock, Brittany Bond, Ian W. Bond and the late Matthew Plevock.
Arnold graduated from English High School and Boston College then entered the Army and served in the Korean War. He was a lifelong parishioner of St. Peter Lithuania Church in South Boston. Arnold was employed at New England Electric for his entire accounting career. A talented athlete his whole life, he was a high scorer at Boston College during his basketball career while also favoring tennis, handball, swimming and polka dancing.
Visiting Hours will be held at McDonald Keohane Funeral Home located at 3 Charles Street in East Weymouth, MA 02189 on on Wednesday, December 20 from 4-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter Lithuanian Church in South Boston on Thursday, December 21 at 10 AM followed by interment at New Calvary Cemetery.
