William Edward Jerome, Sr., 94, passed away December 12, 2017, born in Roanoke, VA he was a retired hydraulic specialist for the old Nisson Forklift Company and an Army veteran of WWII.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Flora.
Survivors include his sons, William “Bill”, Jr. (Eva), Larry (Mary Jane), Bruce (Mary Ann) and Robbie (Denise) Jerome; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 3 step-great grandchildren.
His funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12:00 to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
