Obituary


Paul H. Budd, of Conway, NH formerly of Wilmington passed away peacefully, December 9, 2017, following a lengthy illness. He was 78 years of age. Born in Cambridge he was one of three children of the late Malcom and Aline (Dufresne) Budd. He was the loving companion of Betty Rogers of Conway, NH.

Paul was raised and educated in Wilmington. He proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force from 1957 to 1961. He worked for over 30 years as a talented carpenter and builder and was a member of the Carpenters Union local 40 of Cambridge. In his leisure time he enjoyed traveling, tending to his garden, building things around his home, and spending time at the beach. He has been a resident of Conway, NH since 1996 and was very active for many years with the Cranmore Shores Assoc. serving as the "Road Agent". He will be greatly missed.

In addition to his loving companion Betty, Paul is survived by his sister, Nancy Kelley and her husband Arthur of Wilmington, the late Kenneth Budd and his surviving wife Ann Budd of Nokomis, FL. He is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to gather at the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 374 Main St., Wilmington, Friday, December 15th, for an hour of visitation from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, at 10 a.m. Services will conclude with military honors and burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Paul's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
