Steven Allen Meade, age 51, of Chase City, Virginia, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017. He was born June 21, 1966 in Halifax County, Virginia to the late Raymond Gene Meade and Linda Chapman Brewer.
He was predeceased by his parents; one brother, Lewis Glenn Meade; and two sisters, Phyllis Meade and Wanda Meade.
Steven is survived by his wife, Rhonda Meade; one son, Jason Allen Meade of Chase City; two daughters, Shelly Gail Meade of Chase City and Dolly Elizabeth Meade of Chase City; and seven grandchildren, Alexis Dodson, Chase Meade, Layne Farrar, Baileigh Youmans, Jayden Farrar, Kaleb Farrar, and Jayce Duffie. He is also survived by one brother, David Michael Meade; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel.
