Preceded in death by parents W. Merle & Marion Ruth Pogue. Survived by loving wife of 62 years, Marilyn; daughters Debra Ann Pogue (Scott Frantzen) & Linda Marie Pogue Thayer; grandchildren Lauren Thayer Cardinal (Josh) & Eric Thayer; great grandson Easton Michael Cardinal; lifelong friend Buzz Wilson. Graduated from White Bear Lake HS in 1946. Retired Drivers License Examiner & Business Manager with the State of MN for 38+ years. Member of the National Guard & I.O.O.F. #2. Ray was known for his uncanny ability to fix just about anything. If you knew Ray, he probably fixed your car at some point. Memorial Service Thursday (12/7) 5:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to Service. Private interment at a warmer time in Union Cemetery.
