Obituary

EFFINGHAM- David Orland Elliott, Jr. “Brother”, born March 30th 1964, passed away on Saturday December 2nd 2017, at the age of 53, at his home with family and friends by his side, after a 2-year long health battle following a massive stroke back in October 2015.
He was born in Kezar Falls, Maine and lived out most of his life in Parsonsfield, Maine.
He is the son of Sandra Lee Heffernan and the late David Orland Elliott Sr.
He attended Sacopee Valley High School and went on to become one of the best post and beam builders in the Northeast. It was his passion and it showed in his workmanship for his clients and in his own home, in which he built with the help of friends and family. Gardening was also a passion he took to a whole other level. Anyone that has had the opportunity to see his amazing gardens or a chance to sample any of his “greens” was amazed. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and any outdoor activities. His favorite thing to do was hang out with his family and friends with a cold Bud in his hand, whether by an outdoor fire pit or by challenging one of us at a game of pool.
He is predeceased by his brother John Benjamin Elliott who passed in 1970
He is survived by his children- Tyla Shae Elliott (and Baby Blackburn to be born 2018), Casey May Elliott, Nikki Nerae Lajoie and children; His Sisters-Angela Harwood and Family, Heather Pelletier and Family, Shannon Wesley and Family; Aunts-Rowena Robertson, Michelle Schenk, Barbara Niekerk; Grandmother-Birdina Jordan 92, Gorham Main.
David “Brother” was loved by many.
If love could have saved him…….he would have lived FOREVER!
The Family would like to extend the invitation to a Celebration of David’s Life Saturday the 9th of December 2017 at 3pm. 1612 Province Lake Rd, Effingham NH.
