New Bedford – Cecilia L. (Miguel) Beauvais-Warr, age 63 of New Bedford, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017 at home with her family at her side. She was the beloved wife of the late John H. Beauvais-Warr and the daughter of the late Deolinda A. Fontes and Jose A. Miguel.
Cecilia was born in Terceira, Azores and had worked as a correctional officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts until her retirement.
She is survived by; her daughter, Nicole Beauvais-Warr; her daughter, Amanda Aguiar and her husband, Timmothy; her grandchildren, Dymitri JBW Sherman, Kyanna RBW Silveira and Oliver W. Aguiar; her great-grandchildren, Giselle M. Sherman and Aysen J. Sherman; as well as, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late, William Lewis III.
In accordance with her wishes, Cecilia will be cremated. Burial of her cremains will be private.
