Margaret E. Iacopucci, age 66, a lifelong resident of Medford passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband by her side, November 23, 2017, following a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of Frank G. Iacopucci and together they shared thirty years of marriage. Born in Medford, Margaret was one of six children of the late Richard J. and Elizabeth (Law) Farren.
Magee, as she was affectionately known to her family and friends, was raised and educated in Medford and was a 1968 graduate of Medford High School. She worked for nearly thirty years as purchasing manager for Northeastern University where she made many wonderful friendships throughout her time there. In her leisure time Magee enjoyed golfing, spending time at the beach, and traveling with her husband Frank with some of their favorite destinations being trips to Italy and Aruba. Magee will fondly be remembered for beautiful smile and always pleasant and friendly personality. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her beloved husband Frank, Magee is survived by her sisters, Kathleen Eastman and her husband Richard of Tewksbury, Eileen Smith of Medford, Patricia Lapham and her husband Harry of New York City, twin sister Monica Palladino and her husband Patrick of Tewksbury, brother, Dick Farren and his loving companion Marybeth Smith of Lowell. She is also survived by her very Special friend of Paula Blasko of Medford and is further survived by many loving nieces, nephews, In-laws and extended family members.
Funeral services will be held from the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday, November 28th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Dello Russo Funeral Home will be held on Monday from 4 thru 8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Magee's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
