Patsy A. “Patty” Van Horn, 65, of Londonderry, NH, passed away Monday November 20, 2017 surrounded by her loving family in the Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Portsmouth, NH. She was born in Santa Fe, NM on January 3, 1952, a daughter of Diego Abeyta and the late Connie (Baca) Abeyta. Patty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to go fishing, especially with her family. She was also an avid baseball fan and love her Red Sox. Patty will be remembered as someone who always gave of herself to others. She will be sadly missed.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years, William Van Horn, three sons, Raymond Gallegos, Diego Gallegos, and Gregory Van Horn, one granddaughter, Aubrey Gallegos, five sisters and one brother, Judy, Jerry, Ruth, Margie, Norma, and Jayne, as well as many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, private memorial services will be held by the family.
