Plamp Sr., Kenneth “Kenny” E., 81, was called home November 22, 2017 with his family by his side.
He was born to Richard and Bertha (Torstrick) Plamp July 8,1936.
Kenny was a Maintenance Engineer for WAVE-TV, retiring in 1989. He was a member of Lake Dreamland Baptist Church, and a Firefighter for Lake Dreamland F.D. for over 60 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gladys (Howard); a grandson, Jacob Plamp; three brothers, and one sister.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Kenny Plamp Jr. (Kathy); a granddaughter, Chelsea Plamp, and a loving friend, Sallie Norton.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 12:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is Friday 2:00-8:00 PM, and after 9:00 AM Saturday.
