TULA ANNIE (KOLLE) RIGSBY, 93, passed away November 6, 2017.
She was a member of the Church of God.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Herman Jefferson Rigsby.
Survivors include her children, Annie Marie Payne (Walter), and David Herman Rigsby (Sandy); 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; her brother, Alvie Kolle; and sister, Doris Burgess.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Friday.
