Preceded in death by parents Gunnar & Gwendolyn. Survived by children James (Ann) & Vanessa; grandson Ryan; special friend Jody Johnson. Arvid owned the American Sportsman Gun Co. for 50 years starting in St. Paul & moving to Long Prairie 20 years ago. He enjoyed many friendships over the years with his customers. Visitation Friday (11/10) from 11 AM - 1 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Shriners Hospital for Children.
