WORCESTER-Gloria E. (Flynn) Koczan, 92, of Worcester passed away Friday, November 3 in Saint Vincent Hospital.
Her husband, Alphonse J. Koczan passed away in 1991. She leaves four grandchildren, Larry Peak and his fiancé, Jody Miller, Michael Peak and Timothy Peak all of Worcester and Jeremy Koczan and his wife, Angela of Virginia; six great grandchildren, Lawrence, Taylor, Marissa, Brittany, Ryan and Kylie; a daughter in law, Janice Koczan of Worcester and several nieces and nephews among them, Dolores Lapointe of Milford. A son, John Koczan, a daughter, Patricia A. Peak, a brother, Edward Flynn and a sister, Margaret Nuttall all predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Joseph J. Flynn and Mary E. (Provost) Beatty.
Gloria worked for Telechron Company for many years, before retiring. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, November 9 at 11AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant Street. Burial will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. Arrangements in the care of CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street.
