Victor Garcia III, 61, of Oxnard, California, passed away on November 3, 2017 in Oxnard. Victor was born in Hawthorne, California to Victor and Mary June Garcia on January 9, 1956. He went to high school at North Torrance High and graduated in 1974. He went on to earn a Juris Doctorate, Law degree from Western State University in San Diego, and he worked at the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites in Point Mugu.
He was a kind, friendly, considerate, and humble man. He never met a stranger and loved talking to people. His smile was contagious. Victor loved sending cards and letters to his friends, watching television, and listening to music. Victor is survived by his father, Victor Garcia Jr, of Santa Fe, New Mexico. and his wife, Sheri Tobey, of Oxnard, He is preceded in death by his mother, June Garcia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice, The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of Vic’s family and friends for their support.
A Celebration of Life will be organized at a later time, family and friends and will be notified.
