Age 64 of North St. Paul. Preceded in death by parents, Everett & Barbara. Loving husband of Candy (nee Norgard) for 40 years; proud father of Erik (Amy), Ryan (Samantha), & Glen; cherished grandpa of Kali, Casey, Crystal, Cole, & Aubrey; brother of Jodie (Keith) Millard. Retired Ramsey County Probation Officer. Avid fisherman & hunter. Ricky loved spending time with his family at the cabin. He fought a hard fight but always had a smile on his face. Celebration of Life on Wednesday (October 25, 2017) 11:00 AM at ST. MARK LUTHERAN CHURCH, 550 WEST SEVENTH ST., ST. PAUL. Visitation Tuesday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul and one hour prior to the Service. Special thanks to HealthEast Hospice for their care. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
