Ann T. Martin (Molloy) age 92 formerly of Norwood, of Walpole passed away October 18th at the Harrington House in Walpole surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Jamaica Plain, she graduated from Roxbury Memorial High School where she was voted most attractive in her graduating class. Ann has lived in Walpole at New Pond Village for the last 13 years and previously lived in Norwood for over 50 years. She was an active member of St. Catherine of Sienna Church and the Past President of the Norwood Catholic Women’s Club. She enjoyed playing Bridge with her friends from New Pond Village and was an avid golfer and a former member of the Wampatuck Country Club in Canton.
Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Mother of Eileen Frawley and her husband Gerard of Quincy, Maureen Martin Brown and her husband Ken of Montana, Thomas Martin of W. Roxbury, Nancy Bagley and her husband Brian of RI, Theresa Aloisio and her husband Stephen of Plymouth and Edward J. Martin Jr. and his wife Patti of Mansfield. Daughter of the late Delia (Carty) and John Molloy. Sister of the late Catherine Bagley, Rita Olson, Margaret McLatchey, John, James, Phillip, William and Rev. Francis Molloy. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Monday 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood Tuesday morning at 11. Burial Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
