Deborah Lynn "Debbie" (Muir) Reisinger, 66, of Anderson died October 16, 2017 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born January 22, 1951 to Leon and Joyce (Bowers) Muir in Anderson, where she graduated from Anderson High School and was an avid Anderson Indians basketball fan.
Debbie was a nurse's aide at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital 37 years before retiring in 2014. While employed there, she won a few awards for her dedication and work ethic. She ran a concession stand at Shadyside Park for 11 years. She was an avid bowler. She loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed restoring furniture, loved to work and enjoyed helping people.
She is survived by her mother, Joyce Muir; three children, Chrissy (Aaron) Kinnaman, Ben (Beth) Reisinger all of Anderson and Doug Reisinger (Brandon Beachamp) of New Windsor, NY; two brothers, Rick (Peggy) Muir and Jeff (Cathy) Muir also of Anderson; three grandchildren, Zachary Sylvester, Campbell Kinnaman and Wil Reisinger; three special friends, Melissa Arnold, Marcia Schrenker and Jackie (Reisinger) Taylor and several nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Leon Muir.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the West entrance of Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 am until the service at noon
