In Fall River, James F. Biltcliffe Jr., Age 69, passed away following a lengthy illness in Charlton Memorial Hospital with his loving family by his side. James was born in Fall River, the son of the late James & Jennie (Scrivo) Biltcliffe Sr. James is survived by his former wife, friend and companion Kathleen J. Smith of Swansea. James had resided the past two years in Fall River and was formerly of Bridgewater. He was a graduate of East Coast Aero Tech and was the owner of Biltcliffe Electric for 35 years and an aircraft mechanic for Eastern Airlines. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. James enjoyed fishing, gardening, motorcycles, fixing just about anything and spending time with his family. James is survived by his loving children, Tracey Rodriquez of Raynham, Kristen Jacques of Taunton and son in-law Brian Jacques of Taunton, Melissa Biltcliffe of Swansea and James F. Biltcliffe III of Fall River. He also leaves his sister Theresa Parent of North Dighton and his cherished grandchildren, Carrie and Lanie Rodriquez Ferreira, Brianna and Rylie Jacques and his late granddaughter Ashleigh. Funeral home visiting hours will be on Thursday, October 19th from 5-7pm. in the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780. A funeral home service will be held at 7 pm. with military honors. Burial is private at the request of the family.
