Philip A. Pastore passed away at home on Saturday, October 7, 2017. He was 56. Born in East Boston and raised in Medford, he was the son of the late Lorenzo V. Pastore and the late Mary (Patti).
Philip was a talented athlete at Medford High School, he was especially outstanding with his contribution to Mustangs Football. The loved he shared for animals was not more perfectly shown by the way he loved his dog Annbella, they were inseparable.
Philip showed remarkable endurance throughout the hard times, and will be remembered for his bravery and strong will. He worked for many years with the Raytheon Corporation.
The devoted father of Philip and Christopher Pastore of Andover, he was a loving grandfather of Giuliana and Ariella. He was the beloved brother of Pauline Pastore of Medford, Lawrence Pastore of Methuen, Angela Pastore-Pellino and her husband Salvatore of Medford.
All services private, family only. Visitation at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, October 13th from 8:30 AM – 11 followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 11:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
