Bobby G. Carswell , 86, passed away October 10, 2017.
He was retired from the U.S. Army after 26 years and a veteran of Korea and Vietnam, he also had worked at Toyota of Louisville for 13 years.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Helen Carswell and his parents Dolly and Everett Carswell ; sister Pearl McDonald and brother Herbert Carswell.
He is survived by his daughters Vida Jane Haynes ( Bill) and Linda Carswell Boley (Charles); five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 1 P.M. on Friday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. and after 11 A. M. on Friday at the funeral home.
