FALL RIVER – Mara Souza, age 43 of Fall River, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, she was the daughter of Manuel Souza and the late Maria Fatima (Reis) Souza.
In addition to her father of Brazil, Mara is survived by her daughter: Jessica Ferreira-Alves of Fall River, her siblings: Marcia Souza of Powhatan, VA, Tamara Souza of Fall River, Wanderly Souza of New Bedford, & Marta Costa of Brazil. She was also the sister of the late Marcio Souza.
Funeral Arrangements were under the direction of the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
