William G. Shulsk, 65

William G. “Billy” Shulsk, age 65, of Dedham, formerly of Mansfield and Roslindale, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation-Highgate in Dedham.
Born in Boston, MA on August 31, 1952, he was a loving son of the late Joseph W., Sr. and Winifred O. (Marshall) Shulsk.
Billy grew up in Roslindale and was a graduate of Sharon High School. The majority of his working career was as a self-employed wallpaperer and painter.
He had made his home in Dedham for the past nine years, previously residing in Mansfield and Roslindale. Billy enjoyed music, watching movies, time spent on Cape Cod in Wareham and socializing with friends.
He was the dear brother of Joseph W. Shulsk, Jr. and his longtime companion Andrea Pascucci of Mansfield, Louise W. Flynne of Norwood, and Winifred M. Bell and her husband Michael of Norwood. He was the adoring uncle of Jenna Shulsk, Russell Flynne, Jr., Richard Flynne, Stephen Flynne and Christopher Bell.
Visiting hours, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Monday, October 9th from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield.
A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visiting hours, at 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, Billy’s family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the New England Center for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108.
