Obituary

Robert C. Dietenhofer Jr., age 45 of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2017 due to heart complications from endocarditis. Bobby was a devoted father to Madison Hope Dietenhofer, loving son to Doris and the late Robert Dietenhofer Sr., Grandson to the late Thomas and Florence (Dietzel) Madden and the late George and Edith Dietenhofer, loyal brother to Keith Dietenhofer and his wife Nancy. Caring uncle to Nathan and Avery Dietenhofer. Considerate nephew to Florence and Fred Hill, John and Marianne Madden, Stephanie and the late George Dietenhofer and the late Thomas Madden Jr. He is also survived by his former wife Tammy and
was the son in law of the late Larry and Diane Poirier. Bobby was an awesome cousin and dear friend to so many. Bobby was a lover of motorcycles, hockey and good times. He was an honest, dependable hardworking man who had a heart of gold and he will be missed beyond measure.

Words cannot express how much Bobby's family has appreciated the outpouring of love and support during this very difficult time. and Doris would especially like to thank all of her immediate family for their love and support.

God speed Bobby. We hope you hit those pearly gates at top speed riding your Harley and your dad was there to slow you down with a hug.

Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service at the funeral home on Wednesday morning at 11:00. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Bobby can be made to the American Heart Association.
