Bass, Eugene H. “Sonny” of Salem, MA entered into rest on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017. Beloved husband of Pearl (Kagan) Bass. Devoted father of Annie Chipman and husband Alan of Marblehead, Stephanie Bass and partner John Colan of Chelsea, and Ella Friedman of Denver Colorado. Pre-deceased by his late daughter Bonnie Bass. Loving son of the late Samuel and Sadie (Kaplan) Bass. Dear brother of the late Anita Waldman, the late Dorothy Geller and the late Jeanette Katz. Loving grandfather of Samuel and Robert Chipman. Great grandfather of Zachary and Jayme Chipman. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. US Navy Veteran. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 25th at 12noon at Tifereth Israel of Revere Cemetery-232 Fuller Street, Everett, MA. Relatives and friends invites to attend. Memorial Observation will be held Monday from 3-8PM at the home of Annie and Alan Chipman.
